All wedding receptions are as individual as are our menus. Each menus is customized to fit the desires and budget of each bride-to-be. Depending on the time of day the reception will be held, the location of the reception, and the wishes of the bride and groom, the following types of menus are available:
Ambrosia specializes in two types of wedding cakes:
The White Sacher starts with layers of vanilla genoise, spread with a thin layer of jam and filled with authentic vanilla French buttercream. The cake is then covered with a rolled layer of marzipan and then covered with a poured layer of white chocolate.
The French Buttercream Torte is also made in the style of a true European torte. This cake also starts with many layers of genoise, which are filled with French buttercream and then covered with shaved white chocolate. Fresh flowers are used to decorate both styles.
